White discharge is a term and problem that most women are familiar with. In simple terms, it is the white or yellowish colored thick fluid or semi-solid substance that is released from the vaginal opening. White discharge is usually known as ‘leucorrhoea’ in medical terminology.

Yogurt consists of the good bacteria which maintain the proper balance of bacteria in your vagina and also fights off with the bad bacteria and yeast. It contains acid components that destroy the bad bacteria, prevent
irritation and rashes.
Fenugreek seeds are efficiently beneficial to treat bacterial vaginosis. It maintains the pH level, boosts immunity and also helps in maintaining the estrogen levels. You can soak a spoonful of fenugreek seeds in water and leave it overnight. The next morning just strains the water and drink it on an empty stomach with a teaspoon of honey.
